SHIPMENT & DELIVERY TIME
Generally, MIRVIK.COM orders are delivered in 2 weeks. Rush order of 7 days is available with a small surcharge. If you are concerned about meeting your tight deadlines, please speak to one of our customer care reps at email@example.com to assist you in picking the best option to meet your needs. Additional shipping charges may apply for express orders, to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses across Canada. We also accept orders from USA and international, but please note these orders are subject to shipping surcharges and duties. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays]. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Due to the customized nature of MIRVIK.COM products, all orders are final sale and cannot be returned. In the event that you receive your order and notice the following issues:
• defect on garment or accessory
• the customization art quality is below reasonable expectation
• the artwork itself is different from the one submitted or approved
Mirvik will verify the defects and if the claim is valid, accept a return and grant a full refund on your order. You have 10 days after receiving your package to make this claim. After 10 days no such claim will be accepted.
